1. The service

Excelify extracts transaction data from bank statement files you upload and returns a structured spreadsheet. While we work to make conversions accurate, the Service is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it for accounting, tax or financial decisions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

• Only upload documents you own or are authorised to process.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service or circumvent usage limits.

4. Credits, plans & payments

• Conversions consume credits or require an active plan. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page and may change over time.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Dodo Payments.
• Credits do not carry forward. Unless stated otherwise, credits are valid only within their applicable period and any unused balance does not roll over to the next cycle.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Because the Service delivers digital results immediately, fees for credits or plans are generally non-refundable once consumed. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented you from receiving your conversion, contact us at athul.developer.official@gmail.com and we will review your request in good faith. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Excelify and protected by applicable laws. You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the output you generate. You may use your converted files for any lawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excelify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from inaccuracies in converted data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
